Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return & Refund Policy (CPA Compliant – South Africa)

This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008.

Cooling-Off & General Returns

In accordance with the CPA, customers may return goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the purchase was made through online, telephone, or other direct marketing, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise required by law.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

All standard (non-custom) products are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee. If a product is found to be defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose, the customer may return it within 30 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by us.

Custom & 3D-Printed Items

Items that are custom-designed or 3D printed to customer specifications are excluded from returns and refunds under Section 17(2)(c) of the CPA, unless:

The item is defective
The item was damaged during delivery
The incorrect item was supplied

Defective or Incorrect Items

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Supporting evidence such as photographs may be requested. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund in compliance with the CPA.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been misused, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection, using the original payment method. Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by the CPA.

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet CPA requirements or show signs of misuse or unauthorized modification.
